Thoughts and feelings
I need to develop the habit of introspection and spend time listening carefully to my own thoughts and feelings
Thoughts are created by impressions we have and feelings are a result of the thoughts.
Thought are often opinions or assumptions these are open to interpretation and change.
Feelings are often a product of the way mind thinking about something good or bad.
Thought and feeling adjoin mind and heart.
Feeling is a result of Thinking. So think of your happiest moment will make you feel happy.
